The flight case is divided into hard case and soft case. The soft case is light, flexible, diversified and cheaper. More commonly used are hard cases, but also composite soft case materials, but more for aluminum alloy. The hard cases are relatively heavy, and they are also strong and stable. They can protect the precision equipment or other valuables from being destroyed. Some special items with special shapes and sizes may need special cases.

The following structure: flight case attached plywood material made of fireproof case; the periphery of the case body with Aluminum Alloy coated with metal profiles; the corner of the case package of high strength angle with PU reinforcement; some bottom roller. flight case material determines the performance of flight case: most plywood case with better products, use composite honeycomb panel, the thickness of the plate also determines the bearing capacity of the case; in addition to the production process of sealing and firmness; and the bottom and the partition shall be affixed with a soft cushion material, to ensure the earthquake case; aluminum used should undergo oxidation treatment, avoid the use of primary aluminum after use will dull black; high-quality products in adhesive layer with white latex, heat without foaming, wrinkle; yellow glue inferior products. the fit is not good, the durability is poor.
